We invite you to join our Women's Circle - a sacred space where women come together to connect, support, and empower each other on their journeys of self-discovery and growth. At Soul Spot Therapy & Yoga, your hosts Leanne Morland and Rachel Proud, we invite you to join us in this transformative experience. In the rich tapestry of human history, women's circles have been integral gatherings where women have shared wisdom, nurtured bonds, and ignited change. From ancient rituals to modern-day movements, these circles have been spaces of healing, celebration, and solidarity. As we gather, we honour this tradition and the inherent power that emerges when women unite. In the words of an ancient proverb, "When women gather together, powerful shifts happen." It speaks to the alchemy that occurs when diverse voices, experiences, and energies converge, creating a synergy that transcends individual limitations. You will be introduced to simple techniques, aromatherapy, and tools to help you bring the power of the women's circle into your daily life. Please bring along a note pad and pen for your own self reflection. The spaces are limited, so reserve your ticket to avoid missing out.
