Leanne Morland

Founder & Lead Therapist/Teacher

Leanne is qualified as a Yoga Therapist and Registered Counsellor providing a wide range of support for children, adolescents and adults struggling with, but not limited to, high stress, anxiety, depression, emotional and self-esteem disruptions, family or parenting challenges. 

Through her unique combination of holistic and evidence-based therapeutic tools & techniques, you will be supported as you learn to cultivate inner strength, resilience, and balance within your own life. She is trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-based Brief Therapy (SBFT), Meditation & Mindfulness, Somatic expression with modalities of Yoga including Trauma-informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Purna Flow, Breathwork and Inclusive Yoga (Neurodiverse inclusivity) and provides safety and hope within person-centred therapy.
