Prenatal Yoga & Mindfulness

Service Description

Nurture your body and mind with our prenatal yoga and mindfulness classes at Soul Spot Therapy & Yoga. Join our small group sessions (maxed at 5 persons) and connect with other expectant mothers as you practice gentle yoga poses and mindfulness techniques designed to support you during pregnancy. Take time for yourself and bond with your baby in a peaceful and supportive environment. Suitability differs to yoga practise, stage of pregnancy and individual needs of mother and baby so please consult with Leanne as needed.

Cancellation Policy

The Building Resilience course runs for 10 consecutive weeks and is $650 upfront. Payment plans are available and must be completed by end of the term. Any unattended sessions are not able to be transferred to another term or day. Scheduled days and times are included only. Rebates are available for those with a current Mental Health Care Plan and has submitted this care plan to our Psychologist.
