Cancellation Policy

Bookings are to be paid on day of services received. Due to increasing demand, cancellations and rescheduling can be made 24hrs prior to appointment or 100% of fee is payable if less than the 24hrs notice is given via email or phone. 24 hrs notice must be received for cancellations and rescheduled sessions for Yoga Therapy, Meditation and Counselling sessions, with exception of Monday appointments that require cancellation notice on the Friday prior to session. No weekend cancellations will be accepted. Workshops and special events are non-refundable, however can be transferred to another participant. You agree that payment is due on the day of the services provided and may incur a administration fee of $50 per 7days of overdue accounts.
