Yoga Fusion & Flow from the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, combined with a gentle Vinyasa flow to create a mind body awareness through asana and breath work. Suitable for all levels.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time — 5 mins to 7 mins per pose is typical.
