The purpose and focus of this workshop is to EASE pain and discomfort, whilst bringing awareness and strength to the supporting muscles.
Using tools like:
Yoga Asanas & Pranayama (Breath Techniques)
Self Massage and Essential Oils
whilst supporting in comfortable positions with props including blankets, bolsters and blocks, we can allow the body to settle into a deeper state of rest. We can tune into the particulars of your body and support it naturally and mindfully.
The Workshop includes a gentle yoga practise, (optional) use of doTERRA Essential Oils, a take-home handout to guide you with practical tools to support you anytime you need it.
