About the event
This Cultivating Calm workshop is an opportunity for you delve deeper into understanding and experiencing strategies and tools that are often used in Psychology, Yoga and Mindfulness, in a supportive  and experienced environment.Â
Leanne has been teaching yoga for 8 years with modalities in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Meditation techniques and joins you alongside Leah, a qualified Psychologist with over 8 years of experience with a special passion for  self-regulation and breathwork with her clients.
What to expect:
Numerous Yoga shapes to support various emotional needs,
Breathwork techniques to reduce overwhelm and/or boost energy,
Insight into your nervous system and how your emotions can be managed,
Plenty of opportunites to ask/learn and explore your emotional needs, with optional Journaling/ ReflectionÂ
